As a Team Leader with the Cooma Challenge Limited (CCL) team, you'll have the opportunity to impact our clients' lives in meaningful ways. You will work closely with and co-ordinate a team of support workers to enhance the life of our mature aged clients and clients with a disability, through:

Support with Daily Tasks: Assist clients with household tasks and personal care, helping them live their lives with dignity and independence.

Personal Skills Development: Encourage and support the development of personal skills through engaging hobbies and interests. Involve family, friends, and informal supports as identified in the care planning process.

Enhance Everyday Activities: Help clients increase their capacity to complete everyday activities, such as shopping, meal preparation, and accessing and participating in the community.
