Cooma Challenge Ltd (CCL) has been a leading local provider of services in the Snowy-Monaro community since 1954. CCL works within the disability and aged care sectors to support people to live the life they choose.
About this role:
CCL’s Coordinators work collaboratively to coordinate supports for clients to achieve their individual goals and oversee service delivery outputs of Support Workers.
Key responsibilities include:
Communicating and working effectively with clients
Coordinating and supervising support workers
Completing organisational administration requirements
Working towards achieving CCL’s strategic goals and targets
Ensure compliance obligations are met
Contributing to continuous quality improvement
Selection Criteria include:
Relevant qualifications in community services, disability, aged care or another relevant human services discipline OR relevant experience and willingness to obtain
Experience working with vulnerable people
Experience working with people living with disability or frail aged people (desirable)
Experience leading and managing people
High level written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Understanding of the NDIS and / or community Aged Care services (desirable)
